Simon Wilson

Complex Sexual Behaviours, Trauma & Relationships
My work is with individuals and those in relationships experiencing complex psychological, relational, and psychosexual difficulties. My practice focuses on sexual behaviour and relationship dynamics that feel difficult to understand, manage, or speak about, often shaped by trauma, attachment, and relational experiences.

This includes work with compulsive patterns, questions of boundaries and responsibility, and areas where behaviour, identity, and relationship intersect in ways that are not easily resolved. This includes work with individuals presenting with personality disorder, trauma-related difficulties, addiction, and neurodivergence. Alongside individual and relational work, I also offer specialist group psychotherapy, providing a space to explore these dynamics within a shared and carefully facilitated setting.
